Paul Eun has worked in the hospitality industry for 23 years and currently manages the restaurant of the 5-starred Mayfield Hotel & Resort, in western Seoul, where he is responsible for the wine portfolio . Paul is an award-winning sommelier and his work experience includes other top international hotels in Seoul: Swissotel, JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton and Grand Hyatt Incheon. Paul is an esteemed wine educator and author, and is known as the “Sommeliers’ Trainer”. Many of his trainees are now professionals in the Korean food and beverage industry. Besides his work, Paul loves to share his passion and knowledge of wine and gastronomic experiences with others.
