Masayuki started his career as bartender in 2000 in Japan. He moved to Hong Kong since 2007, and opened BUTLER Cocktail Bar in 2011. In 2015, he started BUTLER Whisky Bar in Hong Kong, and continued to expand the network of BUTLER internationally by opening BUTLER GINZA Brunch in Tokyo in 2017 and BUTLER The Japanese Bar in Moscow in 2021.
