After graduating from the Hotel School in Switzerland, Harry Chan has worked through the ranks to become the Sommelier of the Derby Restaurant and Bar at the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The HKJC is one of Hong Kong’s finest sporting members’ clubs and features regular Michelin-Starred Chef promotions and carries some of the finest wines rarely found among restaurants in town. Harry believes that as a professional sommelier, he is constantly learning, travelling and updating himself in order to serve the best. Harry is currently studying for the WSET Diploma after completing his certified level of the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017.
