She is the host of the popular Viu TV show “Night Talk - Chit Chat Drink” and the judge of the Viu TV mixology competition series "#MasterMixologist" . She was the winner of Cathay Pacific Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Competition 2019- the Communicator of the Year. She also contributes in various publications like The Drinks Business, Ming Pao Daily and Headline Daily regularly. She has published her first book "Sip Around the World" in 2023 . She is also a certified Whisky Ambassador, Champagne Officier of Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, Wine & Spirits Critic, Judge, Writer and “CC Wine Voyage” page owner. Cecilia has showcased her knowledge and passion for all things in wine, spirits and beverage.

My favourite part of judging in HK IWSC is the food and wine pairing session. It’s related to our daily pairing and fun to explore more choices.
