May Wong is a seasoned wines and spirits expert with over 10 years of experience in the Hong Kong and Macau markets. She has been an integral part of the Edrington Hong Kong team, managing key wines and spirits brands for the company. As a wine aficionado, she has cultivated a strong passion for tasting and has been involved in wine selection for the former Maxxium, overseeing a diverse portfolio of famous wines including Torres, Gaja, Errazuriz and Oyster Bay.

May is also an ardent lover for fine spirits. She particularly enjoys fine single malts and complex aromatic spirits such as gins. Through years of active involvement in the marketing field engaging trade professionals, suppliers, judges, media, consumers, May has developed a unique perspective on spirits trends and the savoir faire of the market. She advanced in her career with Edrington at their spirits team, managing the brand of Cognac Courvoisier, whisky brands such as The Macallan, Highland Park and The Glenrothes.
