Alex Ko has 14 years experience in the F&B industry in Hong Kong. He is a veteran in the competitive cocktail circuit as a multiple times Hong Kong finalist in Diageo World Class, Bacardi Legacy, and Hong Kong Champion for Chase Vodka. A former engineer, he brings a science-based approach to his role as Beverage Development Manager at Tastings Group, where he is responsible for training and research and development for their many concepts and brands.
