Chris is a WSET Certified Educator and consultant for the on- and off-trade. He holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma and teaches wine and spirits at the HKU SPACE since 2010. Chris judges at competitions for wine, sake, spirit, beer and coffee. He merged his passion for spirits and coffee and became the Hong Kong Champion in 2018 and ranked 8th overall at the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship.
