Phenol Mak's journey into the wine industry began in 2015 at Le Quinze Vins which sparkled his passion later to work as a sommelier, eventually achieved Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2023.
With love in Italian Cuisine and Wine Culture, currently he is working with Chef Angelo Aglianó in Michelin starred restaurant Tosca di Angelo in the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong as Head Sommelier.
His working experience also includes sommelier at the prestigious French restaurant, l’Envol in the St. Regis Hotel, Head Sommelier at andō, also one of the head Sommeliers in Black Sheep Restaurants working alongside Arnaud Bardary MS.
